Urgent requirement: aluminium tig welder (Wisconsin)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Racine County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
