We are recruiting: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Wetzel County, West Virginia. The job is in a busy laundry. Your main tasks: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Full-time, day shift.
