HVAC-R technician • Long County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Long County, Georgia. You will work at a food processing plant. The role involves charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; service split AC units and VRF systems; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints 5+ years on the tools preferred.
