Now hiring: we are hiring an ev charger service technician in Marshall County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Explain the charger's operation, app and billing setup to the customer • Install a dedicated circuit with rcbo protection and correct cable sizing • Carry out periodic inspection and testing (eicr) on installed charge points • Run new swa or t&e cable from the consumer unit to the charge point • Commission the unit and pair it with the manufacturer's app or ocpp backend • Carry out earthing and pen fault protection checks (open-pen detection) You should have: • Own van and full electrician's tool kit • City & guilds 2919 (or equivalent) ev charging installation qualification Part-time with flexible hours.
