Urgent requirement: we are hiring a door supervisor in Bridgend county borough, Wales. You will work at a gated residential society. Requirements: • Ex-servicemen preferred • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours The role involves patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police.
