Tile fixer — Stone County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile fixer in Stone County, Arkansas. You will be based on a residential construction site. Day to day you will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level. You should have: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
