You should have: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Day-to-day duties: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
