Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Tangaza, Sokoto State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours. ₦1,600 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
