Vacancy available: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through The role involves: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal Rotating shifts.
