Floor screeder — South Tyneside

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor screeder in South Tyneside, England. Day-to-day duties: • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Six days a week, one day off.
