Vacancy available: pot washer (Akwa Ibom State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
