Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
