Join our team: we are hiring a road roller operator in Warren County, New Jersey. Your main tasks: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Rotating shifts.
