Bakery assistant wanted in Bell County

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bell County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
