Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Dickenson County, Virginia. You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade On a typical shift you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; clean condenser and evaporator coils; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
