Back-of-house cleaner — Enugu East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Enugu East, Enugu State. The job is in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
