EHS coordinator • Polk County, Florida

Great opportunity: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Polk County, Florida. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day-to-day duties: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
