Hotel receptionist — Igbo-Eze-North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hotel receptionist in Igbo-Eze-North, Enugu State. You will be based at a city-centre business hotel. You will balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift; keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times; take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in; process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes. What we are looking for: • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
