Immediate opening: powder spray gun operator (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Otoe County, Nebraska. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
