Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
