Press machine operator — Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Lee County, Iowa. You will work on a production line. You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges $7,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
