Boiler service technician wanted in City of Portsmouth

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a boiler service technician in City of Portsmouth, Virginia. The job is on a new-build housing development. On a typical shift you will replace pressure relief valves, expansion vessels and thermostats; carry out gas tightness testing on pipework and fittings; use a flue gas analyzer to check CO and CO2 readings; issue landlord gas safety certificates after each service; check and adjust gas pressure and burner combustion settings. Requirements: • Proven experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers • Able to work independently on a schedule of daily call-outs At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
