Machine setter-operator • Jefferson County, Montana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Jefferson County, Montana. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Your main tasks: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
