Back-of-house cleaner — Johnson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Johnson County, Illinois. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
