Fry cook wanted in City of Saint Louis

Now hiring: we are hiring a fry cook in City of Saint Louis, Missouri. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
