Vacancy available: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Kiowa County, Kansas. The job is at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding.
