Vacancy available: core maker (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a core maker in Carroll County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
