Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
