Powder spray gun operator — City of Danville

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in City of Danville, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
