Plant operator wanted in Norton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Norton County, Kansas. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Your main tasks: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
