Skimming plasterer — Long County

Join our team: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Long County, Georgia. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. You will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; check walls for plumb and level as you go; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
