Coating plant operator — Charles City County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Charles City County, Virginia. You will work at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
