Argon welding operator — Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Morgan County, Indiana. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
