On a typical shift you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; clean condenser and evaporator coils; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
