Offshore rigger wanted in Austin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Austin County, Texas. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
