Vacancy available: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Roosevelt County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills On the job you will handle: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
