Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Marshall County, Indiana. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day to day you will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
