Surface coating operator — Coweta County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Coweta County, Georgia. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
