Press operator wanted in Tensas Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Tensas Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. You will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
