Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Rowan County, North Carolina. The job is in a five-star hotel. Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 1+ years on the tools preferred.
