Groundworker — Angus

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundworker in Angus, Scotland. You should have: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain On a typical shift you will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
