Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in City of Waynesboro, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish You will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings.
