We are recruiting: formwork carpenter (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Gratiot County, Michigan. The job is on a commercial fit-out site. The role involves: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
