Aluminium tig welder — City of Richmond

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in City of Richmond, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection On the job you will handle: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
