Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Orkney Islands, Scotland. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
