Grill cook • Ransom County, North Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Ransom County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
