Vacancy available: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. The role involves: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
