Quality assurance assistant — Prentiss County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Prentiss County, Mississippi. The job is at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
