We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixer in Jackson County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Ideal candidate: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Part-time with flexible hours.
