Site safety steward wanted in Dorchester County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Dorchester County, Maryland. You will be based at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Rotating shifts.
